Estimated Delivery

Most orders are expected to arrive within approximately 5–15 business days after processing. Because we work with multiple trusted fulfillment partners, items in the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages.

Shipping Costs

Simply Ease Living offers FREE SHIPPING on orders of $50 or more. Shipping charges for orders under $50, when applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once their order has been dispatched. Please allow some time for tracking information to update after shipment.

Shipping Delays

Occasionally, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other transportation disruptions. We appreciate your patience should an unexpected delay occur.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Customers should contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
